We are inviting you to Sri Sri yoga lessons!


You can pass the beginners' course as well as continue the lessons under the guidance of the teacher in the groups.

 

Sri Sri yoga is a modern trend of classical yoga. Soft and dynamic system of physical and breathing exercises and meditation develop knowledgeable approach to life. Sri Sri yoga gives your body permanent flexibility, recovers piece of soul and balance and calms the mind.

 

The benefits of yoga are as follows:

Take with you: comfortable clothes, yoga mat and warm plaid or cape.
Price of the course: 750 EEK, students and senior citizens - 550 EEK, 2nd time repeaters - 400 EEK
