What can be better than a hot sauna or refreshing pool or even a cedar barrel after a tiring working day?
The water center of Rocca al Mare (swimming pool, Finnish saunas, fito sauna) are open every day.
For the hotel guests visiting the water center is free:
Monday- Friday 07:00 - 10:00
Saturday - Sunday 08:00 - 11:00
Rest of the time: 12:00 - 22:00
Price: 120 ЕЕК / 7,5 EURO - 1 person / 1,5 hours
For the children to the age of 10 an access is free with an adult (1 ticket - up to 2 children)
Children up to the age of 14 are allowed to the pool only with an adult!

- Depth: 1,10 m and 1,20 m
Water temperature:
- Swimming pool: min. 27 ° С
- Bubble bath: 33 º С
Tickets and towels (if needed) are available in hotel RECEPTION.
Cedar barrel is a chamber with open upper part where the ether oil or herb mixture vapor is directed (ether oil or herb mixture is selected individually).
Your body dives to the aromatic vapor, your head stays outside which is necessary for removing excess load from blood vessels.
The whole procedure lasts for 1.5 hours during which you will be in the barrel depending on how you feel 2- times during 20-30 minutes. Temperature is regulated depending on how you feel, in the range of 20-90 degrees. During the breaks you can drink tea or enjoy bathing in the pool.
After that you can continue the healing program.

Use of cedar barrel with massage enables to achieve maximum result! When massage is performed to warmed up muscles, it is better received. The use of cedar barrel favors thinning of hypodermic fat layer, improvement of blood circulation, removal of excess liquid and toxins from the body, nourishing and moisturizing of the skin.

Contraindications:
- Pregnancy, communicable disease, active tuberculosis, all acute escalating blood diseases with repetitive bleeding and tendency to cough blood.
- Malignant tumors. Developing benign tumors.
- Acute inflammatory process or escalating of chronic disease.
- Chronic diseases of cardiac, respiratory tract and other systems in acute stage.
